Response times
We aim to respond to support requests within 3–5 business days. Security or urgent safety issues are prioritized.
Report abuse or safety concerns
In the app, use the Report option on a profile, event, post, clip, comment or conversation. You can also email support@yourscene.app with subject Safety Report and include links, usernames, and a description. For child safety concerns, see our Child Safety Standards. Do not use the app for emergencies; contact local authorities.
